Also this year we were present at the Milan Design Week 2016, the most important event in the international design scene. The Salone del Mobile is for us a magical world in which the best of interior design brand are proposed in a new version always fresh and full of energy. Let’s find out what’s new among the main brands that you can find in our online furniture store.
Desalto: with its minimalist style presented its flagship products in new colors and velvety rich finishes as the Clay table made with lava powder proposed also in mini version with lovely pastel colors, or Koki chair, ergonomic, friendly, it adapts to the weight of who sit on it to give a feeling of immediate comfort. An increasingly attractive product is the Element table, in which the base, the leg and the top are the three solid elements that symbolize an unbreakable balanced relationship.
Diesel: the partnership between Diesel and Moroso, the expert company in upholstered, consecrated himself in this new edition of the Design Week, projecting us into a flourishing forest with chairs, armchairs and sofas with high quality fabrics, looking extremely comfortable, in a rock-ironic and extra large version, like the Nebula Nine sofa in velvet pink fabric, a haven of relaxation and pleasure with enormous cushions on which to dive, or the love seat Gimme Shelter covered in fabric with prints of an imaginary garden…perhaps in the future? For the living area the view moves up, in space, with cosmic dishes and glasses, chairs, tables, coffee tables and mirrors from more pronounced forms, industrial materials and colors painted black or stainless.
Gervasoni: when you enter into the world of Gervasoni, the mind recognizes a style that draws distant and exotic places, where materials, fabrics and colors are mixed in a wise and uniform way for an elegant style. Chairs and sofas have comfortable shapes and coatings in natural colors also find in cupboards and drawers; tables, lamps and mirrors have glittery details or graphics signs painted that give it an ethnic and timeless flavor.
Kartell: the masters of the precious plastic presented by interior designers all the aesthetic and practical possibilities offered by the material that made them become first in the world. They proposed new projects, such as lamps, lanterns and dishes, new chairs in many forms, velvety to the touch and in pastel colors, but the real news is the collection dedicated to children. Rocking horses, transparent swings, smiling stools, chairs with colored stickers and tables that grow along with the children. It is an imaginative and creative world for squeezing children in a stimulating and lively environment.
Lago: the company has set its designer products in ten of the most scenic places in Italy. From Sorrento to the Valtellina, through our dear Vicenza, we discovered new interpretations of collections such as Air tables, coffee tables and bedside tables in round version. Or the famous LagoLinea wall shelf system, which has taken on a richer and embroidered look. Alongside the new proposals there were the classics, became the Lago design must-have, as the Fluttua bed, the Air sofa or the 36e8 modular compositions for the livingroom.
Letti&Co.: the project of Gervasoni dedicated to the bedroom presented all the interior design for a peaceful rest. Beds, sofa beds, armchairs, desks, valet stands and mirrors. The company proposed many solutions to stay in bedrooms with fanciful lines and sophisticated materials and to accommodate with class and in a few simple moves any unexpected guests.
Miniforms: its fresh and sparkling style emerges from a product in particular: the gramophone-cupboard Caruso that flooded the cheerful and entertaining music stand. The Miniforms design is however at the same time constantly developing, with new tables of important dimensions, chairs and armchairs by new color combinations and finishes with precious materials and fabrics.
Moroso: vivid colors that bring desire to stay in the open air, among the most diverse materials, ranging from leather, linen, to the braided and colored fishing thread, demonstrating the mastery of artisan know-how that distinguishes the company. The seats, armchairs, sofas and coffee tables, each have a distinct personality, but they are united from a kind of common aura, knowledge and technical and stylistic wisdom which is expressed by their appearance: they always leave us speechless.
